Delete Your Account and Data

There is no DrillRN account to delete. You never sign up, and we do not hold your name, email address or password. Your practice history lives only on your iPhone.

Open DrillRN, go to Settings and tap Reset progress. This removes your answers, scores and history from the phone. To remove everything, including your settings, delete the app from your iPhone.

Deleting the app does not cancel a DrillRN Pro subscription. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then DrillRN, and cancel there. Your purchase history is kept by Apple, not by us.

The app sends limited usage and crash data to Google Firebase, linked to a random identifier for your app installation, not to your identity. Google deletes this data automatically at the end of our retention period, which is never longer than 14 months. Deleting the app stops any further data being sent.

If you want us to look for and delete any data linked to you, email support@textsight.ai. We will reply within 30 days. Because we do not know who you are, please include anything that might help, such as the approximate date you installed the app.
