DrillRN is made by Lacewing Technologies LLC. These terms cover this website. Your use of the DrillRN app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read on Apple's website, together with the parts of these terms that apply to the app. Last updated October 28, 2026.

DrillRN is for exam preparation only. Questions, rationales and tips are written for studying and are not clinical guidance. Never use them in place of your facility's policies, a prescriber's order or professional judgment when caring for real patients.

DrillRN is independent. NCLEX and NCLEX-RN are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). NCSBN does not endorse or sponsor DrillRN, and our questions are not taken from the real exam.

Practice helps, but we cannot promise any score or outcome on the NCLEX-RN. Your result depends on many things outside our control.

DrillRN Pro is sold through the App Store as a weekly or monthly subscription or as a Test Pass. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your iPhone settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

You are welcome to read and practice with the questions on this website. Please do not copy, scrape or republish them in bulk, or use them to build another product, without our written permission.

We work to keep every question and rationale accurate and current with the NCSBN test plan, but mistakes can happen. If you think an answer is wrong, email support@textsight.ai with the question and we will review it.

The website and app are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Lacewing Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of DrillRN, including any exam result.
